Our new facility represents a 60% increase in space enabling both expanded raw material storage and increased manufacturing capacity.  It's our commitment to on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.

We've added a new 3-hole drawing machine to our line.  Illini can now draw on a single hole Bull Block, as well as 3-hole and 5-hole multi-hole drawing machines.   Our drawing dies are manufactured in-house to insure consistent quality and on-time delivery.  Illini Wire also draws customer supplied materials.

The strand annealing process line consists of a pre-cleaner stage, furnace and cooler.   At the end of the line, individually speed controlled recoilers efficiently coil the wire which is then processed for shipment or further cold drawing.  Illini currently produces over 250,000 pounds of wire per month!
